This Crumble-Topped Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake is great for all occasions.

- 1 2/3 cups Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels, divided
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup BUTTERFINGER Bits
